Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Public Adjuster?

A Public Adjuster is a licensed professional who represents the policyholder (you) in negotiating an insurance claim. We work for you, not the insurance company.

How much does it cost?

We work on a contingency basis. This means we only get paid a small percentage of the settlement we recover for you. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

Can I file a claim myself?

Yes, you can. However, insurance policies are complex, and insurance companies have teams of adjusters and lawyers working to minimize payouts. Hiring a Public Adjuster levels the playing field.

What if my claim was already denied?

We can reopen denied claims. Often, claims are denied due to lack of proper documentation or misinterpretation of policy language. We can review your denial for free.
